‘Principal for a Day’ attracted a top bid of Chinese RMB 1,000,000 at our 1st YCIS Shanghai Gala Night in 2021. The successful bidder will appoint a child to shadow our Principals at YCIS Primary or Secondary HK and explore this important role for a day.

Your child will have the rare opportunity to experience the responsibility of being the head of an organ- isation. As a Principal for a Day, you will :

• Have a photo opportunity with the YCYW management team

• Have a photo opportunity with the school Co-Principals

• Join the Co-Principals to greet and meet the students at the gate

• Be allowed to dress in his/her own formal business attire to school on the day (This will also apply to his/her classes.)

• Join one of the leaders for a lesson observation

• Have morning tea and lunch with the School Leadership Team

• Present an award at a school assembly

• Be interviewed for a feature article in our Facebook/WeChat
