Dr. Simon Lo has been sailing for over 40 years in both local and international waters. He was the Former Assistant Director of the Institute of Human Performance of the University of Hong Kong and currently the Director of Physical Education and Health of the YCYW Network. He is an experienced sailing instructor and registered in the American Sailing Association and offers sailing certification courses to both young and matured participants. One of his greatest adventures was sailing from Taiwan to Okinawa. Being frenetic in local history and geology, during this trip he will also share with you the transformation of the Fragrant Harbour into the Pearl of Orient today.
